We administer different tests according to the level of the position that we are recruiting for. The most frequent tests that we use are:
• Benziger Test, which assesses thinking styles. This is a high-level test and it is suggested for executive personnel. It is also widely used as an aptitude test for young people about to enter university, serving as an excellent orientation tool. It is very beneficial for colleagues when administered to young people close to graduating.
• Integrity Tests, such as AMITAI, which assesses six categories and features fully adjustable parameters, according to customers’ needs.
We also offer several options for the administration of an array of psychological tests to company staff, in case an independent assessment is required.
